Just Arrived! New Negri R225 and R330 Chippers.
The R225 differs from the old model R220 because it has a larger and
lower feeding hopper and an higher 270 deg turning ejection pipe ( 1,65
m.)
The R225 is equipped with a new Safety Hydraulic System placed on the
hopper edges in compliance with the latest European Standards.
The New Bio-shredder R 330 can Mulch every kind of vegetable material up
to diameter of max.14 cm., on the contrary the old model R320 shredded up
to 12 cm.
Moreover, R330 is equipped with a proportional centralised lubrication
system which is connected to the lubrication points through a web of
wires. In this way you can do the greasing operation from one single
feeding hole of the special lubricator positioned under the machine
body.
A particular attention to Ergonomics in compliance with the most important
European Safety Standards is paid in the design of the feeding hopper that
is large and positioned at the right height for an effortless loading of
green waste. R330 is built following the latest Safety Standards that
prevent the operator from any accidental contact with the feeding roller.
For this reason, the feeding edge must be covered for the 100% of the
horizontal and the 75% of the vertical rims with safety systems to
deactivate the hydraulic feed roller. On the one hand, the horizontal
control handle, which is parallel to the hopper base, controls the feed
roller speed and the incidental reverse in the rotation direction. On the
other hand, the vertical edges are covered with two security stop handle
(activated through microswitches) that stop the feeding roller rotation.
If the roller stops, it will be necessary to push the reset button on the
right external side of the hopper.
The feeding hopper opening of R330 is much wider than that of R320 : 1,40
m.Moreover, the hopper is positioned at the right height (70 cm.) from the
ground for an effortless working session.
